Jakarta has failed to provide good public service to it's citizen. The population of Jakarta growth more than people can imagine. Local government has failed to control the population and also the urbanization from outside jakarta. Local government made site plan, but they break their own rule. Capitalist take control of land and property, they built shoophing mall, appartement on the wrong place, thus destructs the ecosystem, flood every year.
